I think the balloon will pop up like an aeroplane on the mat.

Observation - What Happened

We put the baking soda in the balloon and then we put the white vinegar in the bottle. After that we put the balloon on top of the bottle. We shook the balloon too.

Conclusion

The ballon blew up because the white vinegar mixed with the baking soda in the bottle.
